Php Auction Script?

I got a php auction script at http://php.resourceindex.com/
it's caLLED PHPauction. It comes when tons of files? do I upload the php files in the www directory or the cgi bin? Any help would be great, And Hmm... what is the index page of this script.. the first page of the auction? Can't Find it? I'm quite new at this..
