I know that in the cp panel of vbulletin... there's a place where you can specify the max user on your board...
Maybe it is set to low...

I have vBulletin 2.2.1 as well... did you set any of the cookie functions or the server load too high?

I have a forum for private use(read low traffic) from july 2001 with no problem up to two days ago . After I have sent a TT forum seems to work... I think some bad configuration server ...even if i have not yet received an answer.

It's just the servers...Probably going through a reset or something. It happens from time to time. Your forums should be fine after a while. You know vB2.2.2 is out now.

No point in really upgrading to 2.2.2, it's not really hardly any difference, a few minor fixes, not really worth the upgrade TBH

I guess you haven't tried to prune posts
In 2.21 it was impossible, im not sure about 2.03, I don't think I had to prune posts then.

Never have had to prune posts, always wanted to know what that does, what does it do?
2.2.1 runs fine on my site, and I don't want to upgrade something that is working fine really, If their was a new feature I would, but for minor bug fixes I don't bother, I've had my licence for ages, and upgraded it twice times
1.1.3 to 2.0.0
and
2.0.0 to 2.2.1

Pruning posts is like lets say you want to prune posts over 60 days old, then it deletes all posts that are 60 days old or older. You can do this by forum, or for every forum. You can also prune posts by user, which means you can delete all posts by one user (excellent for spammers).
