I have been looking around and this is a new feature only available from a few places. I am sick of all of the marketing calls and I am already on the do not call list. Most of the calls I get are from auto dialer from companies I use. I look at it this way, if a company can not just dial my number directly and wait for me to answer it, they do not deserve my time.
Here is the page that gives all of the details in case you want to understand the details. -->

This is the only real VOIP provider I see that is offering it -->
http://www.voicepulse.com/features/default.aspx (go to the "Telemarketer Block" feature and read more to see what they are saying)
Also before anyone offers a ViaTalk solution. Anonymous blocking with verification does not stop these calls. These calls have "real" (well somewhat real) numbers. It passes them through to me, to be annoyed.
