I can't send any email to hotmail(ONLY) from HR server! Anyone has this problem?

Not exactly sure what you mean by you cannot send to hotmail? What response are you getting from Hotmail, also realize that Hotmail does not have the fastest mail servers in the world so be sure you are giving it a reasonable amount of time. So post some more info and you should be able to get more answers.
