E-mail problems (07/22/02)

We have tried fruitlessly for four weeks to configure our e-mail. Receiving the following message when trying to send an e-mail:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'webservant@anastasiabaptist.org', Server: 'mailbox.anastasiabaptist.org', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Have tried every set-up configuration immaginable for Outlook Express and can get incoming mail but cannot send outgoing. Anyone's help would be appreciated. Have a 2nd trouble ticket in the system. !st reply was not helpful. Thanks.

well now, you're first mistake is not telling us what you've tried, as us suggesting something youve already tried is possible.

I'm getting the same error. I'm using the new mail servers for incoming and my old mail server for outgoing... for now.

Please say what support ends up telling you to do to fix it.
