How do I download my zip files?

I have uploaded some zip files into several directories on my website including public-ftp. How do I find my links to these files. Does anyone know why they will not download?

Via the web or FTP cant download them which one?

If it's in your public_html folder, treat it like any other link: http://www.yoursite.com/folder/filename.zip. (You will need to make a link to that address on your page). Then when it's clicked, the download will start.

If it's in the public-ftp file, it's an anonmyous login for your user. Just give them the address: ftp.yoursite.com and tell them to login as anonmyous, and they will see the file.
