Mail Problems (July 18)

Is anyone else having problems sending mail from their HR accounts? I've sent a bunch of test emails to my ISP account from my HR accounts, but haven't gotten any.

I'm having a bunch of problems too...

I can send from my webbased email (domain.net/webmail/epostalservice.cgi) to my ISP email and receive it, but when I reply or compose a new email from my ISP account it immediately bouces with a fatal error from HR. The failure notice says something like this:


Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mailbox.hrnoc.net.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Hmm...This is from email accounts I set up using the Control Panel.

But there is also this other webmail at http://mailbox.hrnoc.net/ ...When I go to the Mail Administration view all I see is a postmaster account.... ? Is this the new email system? I don't want to make a duplicate email and have it get lost in the ether....

Im having problems to, are you on server 34. Ive email support many times and there telling me my setting are wrong.. well i just used what they said so i cant figure it out either.. My web mail works too. Does it say you have any email account on your main control panel page.. mine says 0 but i have 3 set up that work on web mail. Tech has been no help at all.

If you find a fix let me know.. thanks Bill

I've recently moved to host34. The password they gave me for pop3 email was incorrect, the correct password was actually the last 4 digits of my credit card. I tried this after reading an earlier email saying that this will be the password used for the new email system.

i finally got it up and working, i was going by what it said in the help pages, which is out dated. But finally up and going. thanks for the help.
