Hello Stewart...

Here (the US), it's legal. However, listening to any broadcasted phone conversation is NOT. Interesting how the laws are different around the world. In any case, using a scanner in the privacy of your home, WHO would know WHAT you were listening to?

lol, i know there is a person down my road who has all the scanning equipment and he once recorded the conversation of one of my neighbours talking over their cordless phone. Naturally they were a little pissed (little?) so everyones got digital dec phones now :)
