Uh.. Somehow I managed to get my account suspended because of this problem:

Account Suspension: excessive traffic: your site is receiving ~5 hits/sec which is too much for a shared account

Hm.. I honestly don't believe that my website is that popular. I haven't done much with my site at all lately and a sudden burst of visitors is highly unlikely. My questions are.. how many times can you get your account suspended.. before your account is actually terminated? Also, would my only other option be to upgrade to a newer account such as a semi-dedicated account to keep my website online without recieving this 5 hits/sec problem? I've never had my account suspended.. especially for that problem..http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/images/smilies/frown.gif

If you don't think your site is popular enough to be receiving that many hits then I would check your access logs to make sure somebody with a more popular site isn't hotlinking any of your files which would register as hits on your account.

Heh, alright. I'll do that once I get a hold of HostRocket and work something out so I can get my account re-activated.

Also they can terminate your account at any time there is no set amount of suspensions before they can terminate. That is one of the many things you agree to when you sign up.

"where exactly are the access logs?"

Hi. The access logs are stored in /usr/local/apache/domlogs. At any given point you can download the access log for that particular day via the "Raw Access Log" link in your Control Panel.

Alright thanks. I just talked to HostRocket and I guess my site does get a good number of visitors. If it came to it I might have to just upgrade to a semi-dedicated account. Which would work for me once I get the money.
