webmail via outlook 6.0

I can receive email fine, but when I try to send email via outlook, it never goes through. I use outlook because when I use the web based version, it never shows all of the email address that the message is attached to.

My website is www.lexusport.com, incoming and outgoing servers are mail.lexusport.com

You may need to check the box labeled "My server requires authentication" under the Outgoing Mail server section. Some ISPs (like pacbell.net) won't allow other SMTP servers to send outgoing mail unless that is specified. The other option would be to use their outgoing SMTP server.
