View Full Version : Email slow to forward?

Has anyone noticed the time it takes for a message to get forwarded using an email forwarder?

I just set one up and am testing it, and it seems to take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour to actually forward the email to the account specified. To make sure that the problem is not on the receiving email's side, I also send a message directly to that account, and the email arrives within the minute.

Does this long time delay happen to anyone else?

5 Days it took on a recent test we performed.

I never received any forwarded email, yet.
After about a week having setup it.

On two, of many occasions, mail was delayed 4 days from the orginal date sent.

I've been corresponding with HR re:email problems. All problems point to HR being the problem vs any external mail system.

They've moved me to the "beta" system and outgoing email is still a huge issue (among others).

The exact same thing is happening to me too....incoming mail is delayed for days...and I am pretty sure some of it is lost on its way to me

I have contacted the support team on 2 occasions...they said I was going to be moved over to the beta test, but have not heard back from them in 2 days...I really really need this fixed....emails are important to my business

I have still this problem, delivery is very slow, from some hours to some days.
Very toilsome :(
