I was looking for constructive feedback and a little help to spread the word about our new site. Our team has produced a somewhat unusual flash site that serves as an interface for disputing participants with our mediation teams. Because of the use of internet advantages and the elimination of superfluity, we are able to design this device that provides dispute resolution services in ways that were not possible in the past. Some of these advantages include: No up-front fees, low fixed fees, pay only if satisfied, anonymity for participants that want it, any keyboard venue, quick results. While this reads like a commercial, I am trying to give a succinct picture of what this unusual device is able to provide. The constructive feedback comes in here. While the device is designed to be intuitive, we are looking for feedback as to improvements that will make it more user friendly. If you make a review of the device (site), keep in mind that users need use only two buttons (Register, Activity Report). The other buttons are for learning (Menu), look and feel, informing others about the service and so forth.
