Whenever I try to send a trouble ticket I get to the screen that lets you set priority and subject but when I click on submit I'm redirected to http://faq.hostrocket.com/home/index.htm
And there is no way of continuing to send my ticket. I'm using Internet Explorer 6 and Javascript and all that stuff is turned on. I have been able to send trouble tickets before.
