I get a password error when I check my email, after the server moved

hi there.

The datacenter of the server my site is hosted on HR is being moved a week before.
after that, I can't get my e-mails of my domain.
I always get a password error when I check my email,

the error message is:
"Username/Password Mismatch perhaps XXX@yourdomain.com ? (13) "
I get this error with both mail program and hotmail.

I tried to change password for the e-mail account (as FAQ), but it
didn't work. I also tried to create new e-mail account but it didn't
works either.

is there anyone know the solution?
I posted trouble ticket few days before, but there's no response yet...
