I've installed mojo mail yesterday to use as a mailing list. I setup a list of email addresses to test but when I send out an email to the list, I don't receive an email and I don't get sent any error messages. I also tried emailing to individual email addresses, as of today I still haven't received mail at all of the addresses - I got the one addressed to an email account on my domain and one to my isp.

How do I figure out where the problem is?

I just installed Mojo today and have the same issue. I carefully followed the install instructions. It sounds as if you did, too, but why won't it send to certain addresses? I can send to my own domain, but not my Yahoo or Hotmail account.

what was the extension of the installation file?

was it .sh? if so, you need root priv's to do this

I have now received the messages I sent to my Yahoo and Hotmail test accounts. It just took a long time. Why? Should I be satisfied or search for further improvements?

I tried this: In 'Sending options' you can click in advanced and check 'Send all e-mails with only the address in the 'To' and 'From' message headers.' Once I did this and resent my test message I got the email at the other accounts that I hadn't received it at before. I haven't sent out an email to my actual list yet so I don't know if this will completely solve my problem but hopefully it does.

i'm using another mail program and have expereinced the same problem. i was just sending out news to my members list. HR support wasn't too helpful. I hope there is nothing nefarious here.

Sometimes Mojo seems to work fine, and sometimes it doesn't. This drives me crazy. Is it Mojo Mail or is it something on Hostrocket's end? Something to do with sendmail perhaps?

I am using outlook 2000 and have the same problems you are having. I have several hundred members that I need to send weekly newsletters to and can't. They won't even give a reply to my emails. As of now, I am looking into another web-host.
