The text logo on the "Enter Here" site is ugly and pixelated. You might as well go with plain text. The actual site is quite good though, and I especially like how the site is dragable, which will help people with smaller resolutions/monitors. Good job on the menu system as well.

why you placed an extra page that says enter here? According to me it is unnecessary. When people come to your website, you want them to be in the website not at the door.
Draggable window looks cool but is it really compatible with the most used browsers? if not, it is not necessary.

PS: I recently bought Steve Krug's book "Don't make me think" it is pretty good book. It discusses usability issues and I recommend the book to all web designers.
