I am attempting to forward emails that come into Outlook Express from my Host Rocket domain. They seem to go (the outbox empties) but they never reach their destination nor are the in Web Mail.

I have also tested this process using my other email address in the To: field. It goes out of the Outbox but never comes in.

Is their a setting I need to change on my domain?

I'm not sure that I understand your problem, if you could explain in more detail I would be able to help, but as a general pointer, these are the common problems with sending mail

1) Incorrect Server Specified :

Your mail server settings should be set as follows :

Incoming : mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing : mail.yourdomain.com

2) Authentication not enabled in Outlook Express

Simply click on accounts in the tools menu of Outlook Express, double click the name of the account you are having problems with, select properties, go to the server tab and make sure the

My Server requires authentication tab is ticked, then click settings, and tick the box which says :

Use same settings as my incoming mail server.

Like I say again, this may not solve your problem, but these are the two most common mail problems that users experience.

And Finally another frequent problem with mail.....

3) Make sure your username is your complete email address.

For example, if your main email address is webmaster@yourdomain.com, your username is webmaster@yourdomain.com, not just webmaster...

I have it set up as you describe in numbers 1 & 2. But when I do number 3 Outlook cannot connect to the mail server.

Just one thing :

Have you created an account in the mail server section of your control panel, or are you still using the default one, as this is not a true mail account. (labelled Main account with the Main Account picture to the left)

as It sounds to me as if you don't have a mail box setup, just one to catch all incoming unrouted mail.

To setup a true mailbox, click add account in the email section of your control panel, and create the account of your choice, and run the outlook autoconfig.

Now I get no mail at all!!!

I set up the account using the same password as the main account. I rebooted my machine and deleted the previous account that I set up.

Now I cannot receive emails into Outlook. And there are no emails in Web Mail either.

Had to delete the new account to get email to come into Outlook Express again. I would like to be able to mail out using this domains email address...
What else can I try?
Has anyone else used Outlook Express successfully to manage email for their domain?
