Which Design?

I'm working on a redesign for my site and I've come up with a few sample designs and I'm not sure which one I should develop into the full design. Perhaps someone here can help :)

I'd like to hear anyones comments, not only on which design is best but on what features of each one are good, or maybe that I should keep my current design.
