problems with pop

when i want to check my mail with eudora i have the next error message and i also try with outlook says that the server shotdown my connection why.

please help

Cross posting is very annoying and I dont want to break a nail by having to click more than I have to :)

The problem is most likely the fact that these pop servers are designed to disconnect you from the server when trying to SEND without first RECEIVING mail (if any) on the account. Setup Outlook to 'send/receive on startup' and that should solve the problem
