I cannot get any of the TT's though, also I have tried e-mail. FOr soem reason it is not working so here is the text with in the TT that I sent.

This support is terrible. My site is down all the configurations are wrong. I have had no service that is useful. I will continue my account only if my site is re-made and I do not get charged for the month of March...

I have tried my FTP site and also the file upload in control panel and nethier work to show the files on my site.

I need it fixed!

Support, sry to act impatient but I have been trying to submit TT's for the past 2-3 weeks, and well this is just insane. I payed for march but yet I have not goten any service for march. Atleast re-make my account and send me the details via e-mail. THe entire control panel is screwed up with it saying I only have 400mb where I have the Executive Account which is 450mb

Yet again, Sorry to post this here but I could not get though.

Your account is correctly setup on our end. The reason you are getting that notice when you go to your domain is because your domain is not pointing to the correct nameservers. They are currently pointing to:

Name servers:
DNS1.NAME-SERVICES.COM
DNS2.NAME-SERVICES.COM
DNS3.NAME-SERVICES.COM
DNS4.NAME-SERVICES.COM
DNS5.NAME-SERVICES.COM

They need to be pointed to:
DNS1.HRNOC.NET
DNS2.HRNOC.NET
