POP3 and SMTP?

I'm trying to configure outlook express to get my mail. I'm using mail.mydomain.com in the pop3 and smtp slots. It isn't working. What should I be using?

mail.yourdomain.com for both of them, so technically: mail.meetchristians.com and the username without the @yourdomain.com and the password for the email account. If not, send in a TT.
