I'm trying to install an oekaki on my site (OekakiPoteto) but when I try to install it in the cgi-bin folder I get a 405 error. So far with every different kind of oekaki I've tried to install I keep getting this error with all the cgi files. It works ok (sorta) when I create a folder not in the cgi-bin and install it in there but why doesn't it work in the cgi-bin folder?
