I try to access my ftp but appear this error:

Login anda pass incorrect

1 day ago i acessed normal.

I have 2 domains

only 1 have this problem and the tickets not working

Same here. When I try to ftp in, the host says ftp.torontonightclub.com, which is NOT my domain. Yoo-hoo, HR, please fix this and the ticket system. I know everyone's busy with the server moves, but tickets are important too, no?

Me three, but I'm imagining it has to do with the server migration.

Maybe when Hostrocket has a moment to take a breath, they'll give us an update?

I can't get into the server through FTP or File Manager, either. :( But I don't get an error, just no connection. :s *sigh* I really wanted to do some major updates today.....

yeah, me too, except it says:
"500 FTP server shut down (Maintanance in progress) -- please try again later.
! unknown open message "500 FTP server shut down (Maintanance in progress) -- please try again later." 500"

But this has been going on for the last couple of days... *try to be patient* D=

it doesnt say maintainance progress here.. it just says

login incorrect

If you go into your file manager in your control panel, you can perform many (or all?) of the actions you'd perform via FTP.

Just make sure to use your domain name rather than your IP for the control panel address.

It worked for me!

*sigh* I can't pull up the File Manager or Control Panel pages. :( I can get into the PhpMyAdmin, though, which is weird. And my site and boards are working okay, too. :s Just can't get into upload anything or download much needed backups before HR blinks again.

Its happening to me too.. But it only says "Login failure" think im on server 19.

My ftp program says im trying to log onto "ftp.mypassport2wealth.com" umm .. ok .. thats not my site.

Same here. Mine says ftp.kvmechelen.be. Also, when I login to my control panel it says v3.6 on the password screen but it's still the same old 2.1!!

The FTP issues are being worked on right now, they should be fixed within 20 minutes or so.

Well, for my domain that was moved, I don't have ftp access any more (wrong login info), POP email is broken for Netscape users in our office but not for Eudora or Outlook users (username/password mismatch), and I can't log into the control panel using our original information or using the http://password@mydomain.com:2082 thing. In other words, we're pretty much completely cut off. I sent a trouble ticket in, and my fingers are crossed.
