When we establish an autoresponder, how do we give the customer the option of reading it in HTML or text only?
Do we write the autoresponder in HTML with a text option at the top of the page?
Or do we write in text only and give an HTML option at the top of the page?
Or do we just send everything out in HTML and hope that text only customers can read it without all of the HTML code in it?
