View Full Version : Auto-Responder Edit Feature NOT working.

The Auto-Responder Edit Feature is NOT working.

I have over a dozen auto-responders, and from time to time I need to edit the information.

But when I click on the edit button... all I get is a BLANK screen with all of my text gone. There is nothing to edit. All I can do is paste in my revised text, which does not seem to be a real "edit" feature.

Yes, I can . . .

But in your Control Panel Auto-Responder area... does the text disappear when you click the Edit button?

Yes, it does on an existing autoresponder.
