Blurry Graphics...?

I use PSP7 to make my graphics and when I upload my graphics onto my site they come out blurry. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I upload my graphics in .jpg format, if I upload them in .gif format do you think that would change anything?

Yeah, .gif is a lot better than .jpg -- unless you need picture quality.
