greymatter

i've been using a blogger program that runs from my cgi-bin called greymatter from http://www.noahgrey.com/greysoft/. i've had it for a few months and i've never had problems with it. but now i can't add new entries to my blog. the screen just times out. i've asked for help at the greymatter site and they think it's hostrocket, but i have a couple hostees who also use greymatter and they aren't having any problems.

can anyone help me?

I'm also having trouble trying to post with Greymatter. I get some kind of cgi error, yet the blog was working perfectly a few days ago. The posts show up in the "Edit an Entry" option, yet they don't show up in either the site's archives or the entries sections. I've had almost all of the authors post entries in order to test this, and they all get the same error.

Does anyone know of what the problem is in these cases?
