Adding password to "root" user.

I'm using phptriad.....

and i got win98, apache, mysql, and php installed.

i know how to get to the mysql command prompt.. but i have no idea how to get into the mysqladmin prompt.... or the shell prompt.

i use an install of mysql on my machine, to get into mysqladmin i go into the main mysql folder go /bin and in there, there is winmysqladmin.exe which has the options to change the root password from there.
