Any idea what font the small one is?

It looks like MINI 7 (or something very similar) to me. MINI 7 & and several other crisp, small bitmapped "pixel" fonts are available from Joe Gillespie (not free) at:

Or try a web search looking for "pixel fonts" or "bitmapped fonts".
