I hate to be one to ask for help, but I have tried about 100 variations of pop3 incoming configurations. My ISP is roadrunner, and I use Outlook Express 6. From outlook, i send an email from my hostrocket account to an email address on my roadrunner ISP. Then I click send/receive. Perfect. "HR" sends and "RR" receives. Now the problem. When I send an email to my hostrocket account from the roadrunner email account, I get a message that says Mail was undeliverable. host "yourdomain.com" doesn't exist. This is the exact error message:

Any solutions?
Pop3 configs I have tried:

tiger.aimsntgr.com

pop-server (my roadrunner account setup)
etc. etc. etc.
Some may seem silly, but i tried it all.
