View Full Version : Web Mail - New User
fatal

I created a new account using the Mail Manager, but when I try to use webmail and access that account, it says ERROR! Username or Password invalid!
Is there a reason for this? Does it take time for that email to be registered and actually be available to send/receive emails from/to?
Thanks

What's the username you're using?
It should be username@yourdomain.com

I think that's just the way the email program is setup on HR's servers...but I could be wrong, so check out the Options link there in Webmail.

I am having the problem with the Webmail appending "@localhost" to the end of my "from" field. I have tried changing that in the options but to no avail. This is a problem when users try to reply to my message they are sending to user@mydomain@localhost which of course is not a valid e-mail address! HELP!!!!;)

if you really want to solve this, I suggest you go to www.transmission7.com and download your own copy of the WebMail software :D Then you can edit the script to add the @yourdomain.com to it.
