Hey y'all... A freind of mine and I are working on a new design for my site (well, he's doing the grapics work... so I guess HE is doing it... :D) and I'm wondering what y'all think so far.

Here's what we've got right now: www.betablue.net/betablue.jpg

I really like how the nav bar on the left looks and I think that'll stay about how it is right now (lemmie know what y'all think about that anyway though) but the top is what is giving us some problems as well as the logo.

I'm wanting room for a banner ad that's 463x60 so that's what the space on the top-right is for... Other than that, I don't know...

Anyway, what do y'all think?

Yea that Nav Bar looks Realy kool but I think you can still spice it up abit. Give me an example of what your site is about and maybe i can give some advice.

Hehe, it isn't really about anything actually...

Well, I suppose it is... there's a flash movie series called Xiaoxiao that my site is based upon (VERY popular movie). Anyway, I'm gonna be adding actual information about the movie and then expand to more flash and general movie downloads.

Also of course some info about myself... :-)

It's mostly just me liking some stuff, providing it for download and getting a rather large amount of hits... But now I'm wanting to add a little content to slow the downloading a tad bit as the bandwidth isn't cheap. I am wondering about changing the menu to flash buttons however... A tad easier to maintain that way.

Hmmm maybe add some pictures of the movie. It'll brighten things up... of course not realy but when something looks plane it looks un used.

Aah, ok... well, that's just a jpg of the general design idea... I'm of course gonna have a news section in the main page there and more links on the left... :)

So there won't be too much to be bored with (I hope anyway.. lol)

Hey, I re-did my left and right menus. Maybe not exactly what your looking for but maybe you could give me some suggestions.

Hey, looks nicer... The text seems to be a little bit blurry... But not too bad at all...

The picture and game of the day boxes still have the old style though.. ;-)

Also, you might want to move the text for Site over to the left a bit to make it more uniform.

I know that sounds like complaints, but... I really DO like it :-)

Actualy I'm moving the Site text over right now. I just noticed that before I read this thread. He He and I left the Pics and Game of day titles the way they are because the new style doesn't fit in with the top part of the menu. I'm making a new one though.

Do you know how to import mini games like Pacman into yuor site? I ahve no Idea how.
