Help for a Novice

Hey guys, Im just getting my site started, and its under heavy construction, and Im trying to get my ubb forum started, and I just cant find out whats wrong with it, or how to get it to work. Im such a novice and stuff like mysql, that that intro doesnt help me any, I still dont get it, and Im hoping someone can help me out. Just the steps to getting my ubb forum. I hope this is possible! thanks guys

I might try the UBB support pages... They certainly have a lot more experience setting it up than most people here... :)
