Please help me. My site, www.rhn.ac, had been working fine, until last night (I am on host 19), I edited my index, and then edited a new html file I was making. When I went to view the index, nothing was there. And viewing the source I discovered there was no html there, and I know i didnt delete it. This is ridiculous, paying 14.95 a month for hosting, only to discover that my site is not there. hr better have an explanation for this, and if they dont, i want to know some other hosts to switch to, and how i can get my site back!!!!

If I'm understanding what you're saying... that's happened to me before. Did you just try reuploading it? Sometimes my ftp client fooks up.
Also, sometimes pages randomly go down for no reason. I mean, mine do anyways. Like, I'll go to my index, and it'll be there, but I'll click on a link and that page will come up a blank page. I'll click on another link, and the page'll be there.
It's not really anything to get all huffy about. Just submit a TT if you want to know what's up. They can't do anything about your problem from the forums.

Guaranteed its not the server. Yes, it has happened to me, and I found out it was the ftp client. I think I was using WS_FTP LE at the time. Just be more careful when uploading files. After you make any changes to the file (if you're using wordpad), hit CTRL+A and then CTRL+C to copy it, and if it doesn't work, just paste it back in. Always have backups of your site, as you'll need them.
