I have to ask the all- important question... does anyone have their Webalizer working? Mine's been down since Jan 7th, and Tech Support keeps promising, via trouble tix, that they are enhancing the stats. I also have no Analog stats, either.
Right now, I'm having to download the Raw files onto my local drive and OpenWebScope makes it nice, neat and pretty. That's a hassle.
What are the rest of you doing to get stats?

I haven't used them since day 1 since I really don't like the output that they give you. I use addfreestats since thecounter.com went to subscription only. Good detail and accuracy ( www.addfreestats.com ).

Ever since WTL "updated" their personal service, they suck. I can't see paying for stats when you can just download your logs and run a program on your computer(numerous free ones available).

I dont like to complain but i got to agree on this the stats part of this hosting package SUCKS,i dont know why they even have it for us to use if it doesnt even work.
I'm curious: If you don't want to use the web stats pkg. provided by HR, what does everyone suggest to use for a good stats pkg?
I'd love to hear opinions on this also.
What does everyone use and (briefly) why?
Actually, since is moving to be a bit off topic, let me close this thread and start a new one. If the responses/suggestions are good, I can move the thread and "stick it" where it will be helpful to everyone. :)
