anyone familiar with taggage?

okay taggage cgi script, installed it easily enough but i keep getting the Forbidden error every time on my site, thought i dont know why, anyone help me out?

Is it located in the cgi-bin? Are your permissions set correctly?

oh dont worry i managed to get it sorted, turns out the instructions were faulty!

send the guys feedback about their instructions, you will save some time for others.
And scipts does not have to be cgi-bin, they work anywhere on your domain.

yep that's what i found, but when i went to the site to tell them the site wasn't there, i got the script off someone else...
