FormMail.cgi not found?

Our form mail (/cgi-sys/FormMail.cgi) was working just a few days ago. However, sometime within the last couple days there is a 404 error returned when someone submits a form.

The code is correct and pointing to the right location per instructions on HR support site.

Could something have been changed with the script that we don't know about?

Any help is appreciated.

hmm, I've had many problems with that script as well, but you dont have to use that one, you can find another script that uses sendmail.

i know it's slightly off-topic, but you can simply use php and you don't have to rely on any of that. :)
