openbb errors

I've been trying to get openbb running since I set up my account last week. On the initial try through the control panel it didn't work. I've sent in 2 trouble tickets now with no response. Any suggestions?

A breif description of the error message(s)/problem would be helpful

the error says there is a duplicate file already installed. I've requested support to delete all files so I can start from scratch, but haven't received any response.

If you can't delete them yourself i.e. they belong to *nobody* I guess the wise move would be to wait for support to delete the original files/directories.
