HostRocket Kicks A$$

I've been with them only for approximately 2 weeks, but compared to my old host, this is the cherry on top. What got me here were recommendations on webhostingtalk.com and a look at hostrocket's old site. They had a big telephone number to call and each server's current condition. Although this is no longer on the site, these forum's are probably the most valuable thing going for them along with the support. I just want to say as long as they can continue this level of hapiness for me, they are the host for me.

P.S. I hope I never have to eat my words :)

Yeah, I was using a free host which had no sponsor banners on there pages, However a month later I got email saying that they can't afford to not provide free webpages without the sponsors, However my site on there server was made with frames, which I visited like 5 minutes after that email, and they had huge banners advertising sponsors in all my frames, the Banners caused my website to take forever to Load! So I made up my mind and decided to go to hostindex.com and look for good reviews of webhosts, I mostly wanted to find a webserver that had great customer service, as that is what most providers lack. I looked at host rocket's reviews from other people and I was impressed, So I decided to try it out, so I bought my own domain and account with Host Rocket, and The customer service is awesome! Now I'm hoping that when Host Rocket moves everyone's websites to the new servers! my site will Load up with speed!

A couple days in and by comparison HR kicks my previous host's ass up and down the street. Love being able to easily telnet, putty, pine, PHP4, etc. Control panel and these boards pushing it over the top in excellence. Have noticed greater speed than all previous hosts i've had. No problems yet although the neomail is a tad funky, but then webmail isnt a driving passion of mine...
