Blogger Troubles

I've been trying to get blogger to work for my website, but it just doesn't. Blogger can't seem to upload the page through FTP. Does anyone know how to fix this?

i've got it running successfully... the trickiest part was making sure the paths were right. the way i've got it set up is as follows:
blog url: http://yourdomain.com/index.php
ftp server: yourdomain.com
ftp path: public_html/
blog filename: index.php
ftp username: HR username
ftp password: HR password

note that the paths / filenames could be different without any problems... just make sure the full url, the ftp path, and the filename add up. so if you wanted your URL to be
http://yourdomain.com/users/me/blog/index.html
the path would be
public_html/users/me/blog/
and the filename would be
index.html

thanks for the help on that. as soon i can transfer over from geocities i'll try to change my settings in blogger. one question, why is the filename index.php and not index.html?

I was having problems getting ftp to work from blogger too & it turns out that I needed to put in the file path public_html/ to get it to work.

I am migrating a blogger site from another isp. I've tried this but still can't get it to work. Has anything changed since 2002?

I guess I can more easily switch the site over to wordpress which seems easier to get working than blogger.
