Don't really understand this. When I upload a .pl file though cuteftp it works fine via http://www.freebiesforever.com/cgi-bin/auctionweaver.pl, but when I try to edit the file and change the title.. it gives me a internal 500 error? any idea why?
Thanks,
Jason

Are you making sure that the file is being uploaded in ASCII after adding it?

How do you change it via hostrocket file manager? it works fine via cuteftp.. but when I edit something I have to change the permission every time I edit the file. Also I'm having trouble with
http://www.freebiesforever.com/cgi-bin/auctionweaver.pl trying to add catagorys to my auction script and it says can't find catagory.file. oh well, Looks like my site has been down for 30 minutes, Which means I lost around 15 people....My site is loading really slow!
Also if you modify a script through a text editor on your local machine, you have to make sure it's saved in the unix format.
