Windows server and cgi programs

Im soon setting up a webhosting server on a t-1 conn just for files and bwidth its on win2k. How do i make it so i can chmod the dirs and crap? Anyone

in my experience, you pretty much have to email them and request perms changes. most win2k hosts won't give you actual access to the server a la unix shell logins...

There is no CHMOD command on Win2k, basically everything needs to be done at the server and is harder to do remote.

I think there is a way to alter directory/file permissions remotely in Win2K Server, but I do not know how. Go bug M$.
