How to GRANT rights to tables/databases?

Control panell allows to add a user to a database. How can I GRANT priveleges to a new database users? On some tables/databases I want some users to have only SELECT, on some only INSERT priveleges

hmmm, the way that's setup on the control panel, its too complicated to do that, unless you download MySQL administrator and know how to connect to the database

Well, Control panel won't help at all as I don't have GRANT permission on my databases.
