Extensive PHP and MySQL Worker Required

I have come up with an excellent idea for a web site, but it will need to be database driven, and a very extensive one at that.

It will all have to be custom built, using secure log-in's, session id's, record tracing for 18 months, etc.

I do not want to go into great detail about the site, for obvious reasons, as it is a market that hasn't been taken over yet.

I do not have a huge capital to dig in to, but I will be willing to sort out a % of the turnover generated, which, I am sure you can fit in to the admin side of the site.

I am, at the moment, in the UK, but as of May '02 will be in Ohio, USA permanently.

I have the skills, the willingness, the infra-structures and I already have built something huge and similar. I don't have that much time though so if you want me to give some serious hand, you'll have to win me. :)
