I just want to commend the guys at HR for putting up this bulletin board, which allows customers to speak with each other.
Brenden said "I live in constant fear of this message board ;)" in a response to a thread giving kudos to HR for the "family atmosphere" provided by this board actually being here. (See post: http://knowledgebase.hostrocket.com//showthread.php?threadid=741)
I wonder if the HR people realize how much WE appreciate the presence of this board. I'm impressed by the guts, first of all, for allowing their customers to talk to each other. ;) I don't ever remember seeing *one* hoster that had an open message board--wusses.
Secondly, I always come here first to see if anyone else is experiencing the same problem I am before I write a trouble ticket. If I don't find my question answered already, I can usually find *something* that either gives me ideas to try on my own, or help me determine whether to write a ticket or not. Hopefully, this is saving HR some work, and allow them to worry about the "hard stuff".
I appreciate the added stress the board and all their customers talking might place on the HR gang, I mean think of it--however, it makes me feel more secure that everything is out in the open here, and that is a HUGE plus for customer trust.
I just wanted to say a big thanks and a thumbs up to HR for giving us this open board. You guys got class.

P.S. Now that I sucked up big time, ya guys think you could update Interchange to version 4.6.3? <big grin>..that is of course, when you aren't going nuts with the server problems right now?
