test url no problem, main domain code 404?

Loads of teething problems since joining HR, but although the test url has worked fine throughout, the main domain vanished two days ago, came back yesterday, has been down all day today (I'm in France, so am 7 hours ahead of you, don't think HR support has woken up yet...)

Anyone else had this problem ?

Check Announcements- servers 16 and 22 have had some problems.
