I know I am a bit behind on this but, on Sept. 11th I was in in the bust, unknown where exactly at, in Australia, half way around the globe with 14 other canadians, and the effect it had on all of us was big. No i was not one who seen ALL the footage or even near 1/100th of it, but I wish I did. But we did fly back home and fly down. The last plane to land on Sept 11th was an Australian Plane and after the crew found out, all the crew of the airplane stood in front of the cockpit while landing risking there lifes during a dangerous flying time....But since then I have seen the strong cry, the homeless weep, the effect this has had on me is big, even though I am only 18 and live in Canada, i do live close to the border..... The 14 of us, all between the ages of 16-18 bought all the news magazines we could buy as soon as we could and we all listened everytime the australian radios came on. And out of all the pictures I have seen I have to say the NYFD has some brave people including their chief who put his own life up, just to save others. The Mayor did the same and I think that this people and the others, who i did not mention, deserve a lot of recognition. As for Osama, he is hated by many, but he also hates many, the people who died on the plane, including the highjackers he did not like. I think that world poverty has had a big effect on this because the Afghanstan people do not even know where Canada or the US is and most did not know what happened on September 11th.....
