I'm really impressed with Hostrocket and am going to join up shortly (Just have to think up a good domain name first).
However I only have a basic knowledge of html. Everything I know I have tought myself and as such I don't know anything fancier than frames. My site which I have created on free sites is fine on them but i'm wondering if I will struggle with the more advanced system.
I want to move to a good site as i've always had trouble with free sites, usually with them loosing files. I am getting more advanced all of the time and am serious about a future in webdesign but there is a hell of a lot I don't understand.
Honestly, tell me if i'm getting myself into too deep water.

hey, we all start out somewhere.

I remember when I dumped those free hosts and got a real one (about 10 months ago). It was then that I got hard core into programming. Now I've got a got at a company as a web developer. And I program in several languages for the web.

I started out where you were, unsure about what to do. Stepping into something I didn't know much about. But I made it OK. And if you stick to it, you'll do all right! Especially if you enjoy it (like I did).

Good Luck,
