Come on already, ya'll haven't answer my tt in well over 24 hours, I post on here to get ya'll to try and get ya'll to answer it and ya'll delete my post. This is ridiculous and non-professional, and I'm not going to stand for it. If in 48 hours of the time the trouble ticket was sent, it is not replied to, I will be canceling my hosting with HostRocket.

What ticket is it and how are you checking the ticket status and what does it say?

Its ticket 45606, I'm checking the status through rocketsupport.com and it says open.
I guess I'm not wanted as a customer....8 1/2 hours left.

Personally, I'd not reply to your ticket just because you're giving stupid ultimatums. :-)
Have you guys who complain about TT's not getting answered within 30 seconds of your sending them ever actually hosted with a different company? I've hosted with numerous ones and getting a reply before 24 hours has past is a small miracle unless you're spending more than $1000/month on your service. -shrug-
they asked for the ticket number and everything else, its getting annoying. I need to get this stuff done.
And you saying that you wouldn't answer my ticked, I can tell you would NEVER run a successful business.....

Probably not. It'd be a nice little exclusive business where the customers don't make childish demands. :-)
