My registration expired about 13 days ago. I have written over a week ago and due to your FAQ's and I assumed you would take my credit card and update both my subscription with HR and my domain name. That did not happen.

You (Brendan) wrote me that your registrar shows my name is not available. I checked with directnic and it says as of today someone else has my sites name!

From research and reading various TOS, normally you are notified before your Domain is sold, as well as you have a lapse period.

Also we are the only authorized, registered travel agency with this name in Turkey. I have written the new owner and we will see if he responds. There can be only one reason he wants this and that is to get money out of us.

I hope I don't have to go to extreme measures with this. Did I make a mistake? From reading your sites info, you will take my CC and you will ensure my account and domain is reregistered. If you were to check your records you would see that you registered this name for me last year and I have never registered with anyone else.

You have not yet charged my card as your rules say you would. No problem. I don't want to point fingers and mistakes happen. I have been with you for one year and have had no problems. I just need this resolved. Please get this corrected somehow.

Some HostRocket responsibility is to assure us that those domain names are really ours
Who knows there might be a play in the background between HR and those who buys the domain names

This happened once between a host site and one client and still not resolved

Please someone clarify this issue
